• All orders are subject to acceptance
• The majority of our large portfolio is sourced from UK and European Manufacturers
• The delivery charge is calculated at 10% of your order total for delivery to mainland UK
• Payment needs to be made in full at the time of placing the order
• Delivery details are specified on the product page. Some ex-stock items are available within 7 working days, whilst others can be delivered between 7-10 working days. Other products, which are usually manufactured to order, can take 2-4 weeks, 4-6 weeks or 6-8 weeks
• Bespoke and made to order products are non-returnable
• Delivery time frame is estimated and is non-binding
• Margolis Office interiors cannot be held accountable for any change in the estimated delivery time frame, caused by manufacturing issues
• We will contact you to arrange delivery, once the goods arrive at our warehouse

• Home-Office Furniture are not liable for any loss incurred due to a delay in any part of the delivery
• Delivery of goods are made to the ground floor of the building, unless arranged otherwise
• Home-Office Furniture reserves the right to impose further fees, if delivery is unsuccessful, due to incorrect information from the buyer
• Goods are delivered flat packed for self-assembly, unless agreed otherwise
• If installation or assistance is required after delivery, this must be specified at the point of sale
